The effects of Sociodrama on the psychological well -being and subjective well-being of children in the Community Child Center

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Sociodrama on psychological well-being and subjective well-being of children in Community Child Center. From August to September 2019, the research procedure recruited 60 children in the 3rd to 5th grades of the A Community Children's Center in Gyeonggi-do and divided them into an experimental group and a control group, and the experimental group conducted Sociodrama twice a week for a total of 12 sessions. For research analysis, SPSS 25 was used to verify the pre-post differences between the experimental group and the control group. The results of the study are as follows. First, children at Community Child Center significantly improved their psychological well- being through Sociodrama. Second, children in Community Child Center were significantly improved positive emotions through Sociodrama. Third, children in Community Child Center were significantly reduced negative emotions through Sociodrama. Therefore, through this study, it is significant in that it was suggested that Sociodrama has a positive effect on the psychological well-being and subjective well-being of children in Community Child Center.
